 Ms. Lowe entered the Financial Services Industry in 1987. Her career began at Morgan Stanley (formerly Smith Barney) and included positions with Edward Jones as well as JB Hanauer & Company before opening her own firm in 2005 and becoming JondaKnows in 2014.

Throughout her career, she has received various awards including  the Pacesetter Award in 1999, Hartford’s Leadership Council in both 2006 and 2007, Hartford’s Monarch Society in 2009 and Prudential’s Masters Council 2009-2010. 

In 2014, Ms. Lowe authored her first book “What Suze Orman Isn’t Telling You”. She has since co-authored two additional books, “The Next Step; A Bold Approach to a Quality Plan” and “The Informed Fed”.

Her passion for financial education has expanded to the Federal Benefit Market which she believes is hugely underserved. As a result, Jonda formed

 Federal Benefit Consulting, a Federal Education Company.

Eric discovered his passion for photography and technology while in High School. Following graduation, he covered Motorsports events as well as College sports with his work being featured in various publications, including Diesel World Magazine.

He is currently the photographer for the Huntington Fire Department which is a non-paid position providing coverage of local fires which has been used to both identify and apprehend criminals as well as train local firefighters.

Eric has served as the Chief Information Security Officer for JondaKnows, Inc since 2018 providing  a safe environment for client's sensitive information. He brings this knowledge and experience to his new position with Federal Benefit Consulting, LLC as 

Security Systems Administrator.

Amber has worked in retail since shortly after High School graduation. Her positions have always involved client interaction as she truly enjoys getting to know her clients and developing personal relationships with each and every one of them.

She is a wife, mother of 2 daughters and 3 german shepherds. She is regularly involved with their extra-curricular activities including softball, cheer, choir and church.

Amber has served as Ms. Lowe's Administrative Assistant since 2013 where her responsibilities include all aspects of the client experience. She has a solid understanding of the financial services industry and uses this knowledge in her role as Client Advocate to provide a client experience second to none.
